Do I have to give you my Google or Facebook password?
No. You stay the owner of the accounts and add me as a manager. I guide you step by step, and you can remove my access at any time.
Google asks me to verify my business. What do I do?
Google can ask the owner to prove they run the business, for example with a short video. I explain every step.
Will I be at the top of Google?
Nobody can guarantee a position: Google decides. A complete and correct profile, with good photos and regular replies to reviews, helps guests find you and choose your shop.
Can you help me get more reviews?
I don't write fake reviews or give anything in exchange for a review, because that is against Google's rules. I make a card or QR code so happy guests can leave a review easily, and I help you reply politely.
